Our Policies


PRICES:   Billing prices are those in effect at the time the order is placed. Prices, terms and conditions of sale are subject to change.

WARRANTY:    National Golf Car Company parts are warranted free of defects for a period of 1 year from receipt of order (some parts and products have a 90 day warranty) unless damage was caused by imporper installation or abuse. National Golf Car Company will not be responsible for service calls, alleged harm, or damaged material resluting from the installation of our products. National Golf Car Company will repair or replace or issue a full credit at our discretion on products that prove to be defective in workmanship or material.


CLAIMS:    Shortages and damaged products must be reported to National Golf Car Company within 4 days of receipt. INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL. All in-transit damaged merchandise must be claimed wth the freight company. for UPS damage call 1-800-PICK-UPS to file a claim. for truck freight, write "DAMAGED" on the Bill of Lading and initiate a claim with the trucking company. (Freight companies have strict rules regarding claims; all claims must be filed within the 4 day window.)


RETURNED GOODS:    All returns must be requested within 30 days of invoice. Customers must receive authorization from National Golf Car Company prior to retuning any parts. Customers are resonsible for return freight and must include the RMA number and a copy of the original packing slip with the shipment. There is a 15% restocking fee for any non-warranty returns. CORES:    Core credits will be voided if cores are not returned within 90 days. A Rebuildable Controller and a Core Policy & Return Form must accompany all controllers and / or cores returned for credit or warranty. This form will be provided upon purchase. Customers will be billed applicable Core Charges upon completion of transaction. Core credits are issued upon the return of an eligible core. Customers are responsible for freight on warranties and core returns.


PAYMENT TERMS:    National Golf Car Company accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal as forms of payment. For commercial accounts and terms, please contact us @ (614) 888-9540 for information.


HOURS:    National Golf Car Company is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, Eastern Standard Time. We are also open additional seasonal hours on evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our customers..!
